Supplies delivered everywhere in South Africa

We deliver everywhere in South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and all the areas in between. We also offer next day delivery to the major centers if orders are placed early.

Delivery by courier

We courier nationwide at an additional charge of R69 (i.e. delivery NOT included in price). In order to ensure your decorations arrive on time, please allow for 2 - 3 days notice. Next-day delivery can be arranged for orders received before 12PM (SA time), provided they are to one of the following areas: Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, East London or George. Please note: We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date and time - in terms of flagging our parcels, instructing the couriers, putting special instructions and following up on all tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee prompt delivery at a specific time on a certain date as we rely on 3rd-party couriers and even though we always do our best – errors can creep in from time to time.

Delivery by postal service

Goods can be sent by post at an additional charge of R45 (i.e. delivery NOT included in price). In order to ensure your event’s decorations arrive on time, please allow for 5 - 6 days notice. Goods will be delivered to the nearest post office and recipients will be informed that a parcel is waiting by the Post Office. Please remember that we rely on other courier services to deliver your order and, as such, errors may creep in from time to time. On these rare occasions, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Care Staff at care@partlady.co.za to help you track your parcel. Should any item be damaged upon arrival, we will immediately replace it.
