Thanks to our nationwide delivery, your ordered items will reach their destination no matter the location. All you need to do is choose your delivery method, date and destination and we’ll do the rest – easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Your order can be couriered at an additonal charge (i.e. delivery is not included in price).
Your order can also be sent by post at an additional charge of R50 (i.e. delivery is not included in price). Should you wish to make use of this service, please allow for 5-6 working days' notice to ensure that your order reaches its destination on time. Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest Post Office and you will be informed when it is ready for collection.
We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date and time - in terms of flagging parcels, instructing the couriers, putting special instructions and following up on all tracking. However, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time on a certain date as we rely on third party couriers and, even though we always do our best, errors can creep in from time to time.
On these rare occasions, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer care staff at email@example.com who will help you track your parcel.
Should any of your ordered items be damaged upon arrival, we will immediately replace it.
